Prepare for your upcoming Geometry course.
Students get ready for their school-year Geometry class in an efficient online format. Block scheduling allows students to take the course at a convenient time, and there is enough time between class meetings for students to work on additional practice assignments. Classes are synchronous, so students can work with their peers and instructor easily during the class.
During each lesson, the instructor presents the topic and guides students through practice problems before having students work through material on their own or in small groups.
Students cover the following topics in the course:
- Distance, Midpoint, Slope Formulas
- Constructions
- Lines and Angles
- Properties of Triangles
- Quadrilaterals and Other Polygons
- Circles
- 3D Figures
- Transformations and Symmetry
Homework assignments throughout the course allow students to practice their skills at home and see further improvement in their abilities.
